Swiss Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. white Chablis wine
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. butter
    5 c. grated American and Swiss cheese (must be pasteurized-processed; I use the slices, no grating)
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    dash of white pepper and nutmeg
Preparation
    Bring water, wine, garlic powder and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
    Add cheese.
    Add Accent, dash of white pepper and nutmeg.
    If not thick enough, you may thicken with cornstarch or wine to thin.
