Ingredients

2 baking potatoes
1 Tbsp. salad oil
salt
pepper
paprika
Preparation

Cut potatoes into thick strips.
(Peel if you want.)
Soak in bowl of ice cubes and water for about 20 minutes.
Drain potatoes and blot dry.
Toss lightly with salad oil to coat evenly.
Spread in single layer in shallow, nonstick pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake 30 minutes at 450\u00b0, turning frequently.
Season to taste.
Makes 4 servings about 100 calories each.
