Egg Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Add salt and milk to beaten egg and stir into flour to form a smooth batter.
    Drop by teaspoon into boiling soup or soup beans. Cover tightly and cook for 15 minutes.
    Do not lift the cover during this time.
