Summer Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 medium cucumber, seeded and diced
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced black olives
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 (4 1/2 oz. each) cans shrimp
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. cream
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Rinse with cold water and drain well.
Rinse and drain shrimp.
Sprinkle lemon juice over shrimp.
Carefully fold shrimp, onions, pepper, cucumbers, celery, olives and tomatoes into macaroni.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Blend salad dressing and cream and fold into salad.
Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
