Diabetic Apple Delight Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 apples, chopped
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
nuts (may be added, if desired)

Preparation

Mix well and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in 6 x 9-inch pan.
