Swedish Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced onions, sauteed in 1/4 lb. butter
    1 layer shoestring potatoes
    1 layer onions
    1 tin flat fillet anchovies
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Repeat first layers, ending with the potatoes.
    Add 1 cup half and half.
    Put in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Add 1 cup half and half and reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for approximately 1 more hour.
