Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
    1 c. Miracle Whip free
    1/2 c. each: green onion, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, celery, cauliflower and green pepper (any combinations)
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls in pan and bake.
    Mix dressing, cream cheese and Miracle Whip.
    Spread on rolls.
    Add vegetables.
    Top with 8 ounces low-fat shredded cheese.
