Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour (self-rising)
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer
melted butter
Preparation

Mix all together, except butter, until just blended.
Leave rough on top.
Put in a well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Drizzle with butter; cool on rack.
