Mimosa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. fresh orange juice, chilled and strained
    30 oz. champagne, chilled
    strawberries
    orange slices, halved
Preparation
    Mix champagne and orange juice just before serving.
    Pour into champagne glasses (flutes).
    Add a strawberry or 1/2 orange slices per glass.
    Serve.
    Use more or less champagne as desired.
    Makes 24 servings.
