Crock-Pot Pork Chops(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (loin or butterfly)
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, sliced thick
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 can chicken rice soup
Preparation
    Dredge chops
    in mixture of flour, mustard, garlic salt and pepper.
    Brown in oil.
    Place in crock-pot and layer onion slices and parsley between and over chops.
    Pour soup over; do not stir. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
