Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 (18 oz.) chunky pineapple and juice
    1 can carrots, drained (small size)
    1 c. snow peas
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Cook, skin and bone chicken; cut in bite-size pieces. In large fry pan over medium heat add chicken and brown slightly. Add onion, green pepper, celery and snow peas. Cook about 5 minutes. Add sugar, soy sauce and vinegar, then add drained carrots; toss gently. Then add pineapple and juice; toss gently.
