Tomato Crown Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 large fresh tomatoes or canned ones, sliced
    1 1/2 green peppers, minced
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Freshen fish several minutes in mixture of water and lemon juice.
    Place in a greased baking dish.
    Season lightly and spread tomato slices over fillets.
    Sprinkle with green peppers and onion.
    Mix bread crumbs, oil and basil; sprinkle evenly over the vegetables.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
