1 lb. linguini pasta (#17)
4 cloves garlic
1/4 c. virgin olive oil
1 c. Parmesan Reggiano cheese, grated fine and fresh
Preparation

There is one brand of linguini called \"Ronzoni\" made by the Hershey Company in Pennsylvania.
It is made in limited amounts and to me it is the best.

I would buy a case.
