Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vodka
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. instant coffee
1 vanilla bean

Preparation

Break up vanilla bean in gallon jar.
Dissolve coffee in boiling water and sugar; cool.
Put in gallon jar.
Add vodka and let stand in cool place for 30 days, then drink.
