Jalapeno Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
Preparation
    Flatten chicken between 2 pieces of heavy-duty plastic wrap to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet.
    Sprinkle with flour. Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; over medium-high heat, brown chicken on both sides.
    Coat a small saucepan with cooking spray; over medium-high heat, saute garlic until tender, add jelly and soy sauce.
    Reduce heat and cook until jelly melts, stirring constantly.
    Spoon jelly mixture over chicken, simmer, uncovered 5 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Transfer to serving platter.
    Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with olives.
