Chicken Cooler Indienni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. slivered almonds
1 tsp. curry powder
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
3 soup cans cold water
slivered toasted almonds for garnish (optional)
Preparation

In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Brown almonds with curry powder.
Stir in soup and water.
Serve in chilled bowls. Garnish with slivered almonds, if desired.
