Eggs Fantastic - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. Jimmy Dean regular sausage
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
6 eggs
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1/4 to 1/3 c. Mexican tomato and yellow chili hot sauce (La Victoria Salsa Supreme)
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced

Preparation

If you don't like hot dishes, use salsa that's mild.
