Italian Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 can condensed minestrone soup
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. water
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    6 hamburg buns
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add onion, ketchup, water and oregano, simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Spread mixture on split, toasted buns, top with cheese and broil until cheese melts.
    Makes 12 open-faced sandwiches.
