Chicken Marsala With Muenster Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    2 eggs, beaten
    seasoned breadcrumbs
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    Muenster cheese slices
Preparation
    Soak chicken in eggs for one hour.
    Roll in breadcrumbs then brown in a mixture of oil and butter in frying pan.
    Remove to a baking pan, add wine and mushrooms (pour over the chicken).
    Top each breast with a slice of Muenster cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
