Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 pkg. large mushrooms
    onion
    crumbled bacon or bacon bits
    Longhorn cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    Swiss cheese
    seasoned bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    margarine
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; remove centers and stems.
    Put caps aside and chop up insides.
    Chop onion to taste and brown in melted margarine, approximately 1 stick, until soft.
    Add bacon, grated cheese, bread crumbs and Mozzarella cheese.
    Add more margarine as needed to keep mixture soft.
    Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and saute in butter.
    May also be cooked in microwave.
