Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
2 c. heavy cream
1 c. coconut
baked pie shell, cooled
Preparation

Mix pudding and milk. Beat until thick.
In separate bowl, beat cream until thick. Fold cream mixture into pudding.
Stir in the coconut.
Put into cooled baked pie shell.
Sprinkle some coconut on a cookie sheet and bake until lightly browned (5 minutes at the most). Sprinkle that on top of the pie. Refrigerate.
