Polish Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 c. water
    1/4 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/4 Tbsp. garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix and roll into 3 rolls and put in refrigerator 24 hours. Then put on rack and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
