Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
6 eggs
3 to 4 slices bread
1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Cook sausage until done, breaking into bits as it cooks. Drain and set aside.
Beat eggs.
Add milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread in a greased 2-quart baking dish and layer sausage and cheese over bread.
Pour egg mixture over this.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
Nice to have for breakfast when you have a guest.
