Party Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
4 or 5 drops peppermint flavoring
food coloring
Preparation

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a large bowl.
Beat at high speed of mixer until well blended.
Knead until smooth. Separate and add food coloring to make assorted colors.
Shape mints into candy molds and place on cookie sheets.
Cover with paper towels and let set overnight.
