Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    store bought puff pastry sheets (approximately 10 x 15-inches)
    2 lb. cooking apples
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. dry plain bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Filling:
    Wash, quarter, core and pare apples; slice approximately 1/8-inch thick.
    Put into bowl containing vanilla and brown sugar.
    Toss so apples are coated.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
