Kesari - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cream of Wheat
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. cashew nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat the butter in the dish and fry cashews and raisins until the nuts are golden brown.
    Add the milk, water and salt.
    Bring it to a boil.
    (Optional:
    You might add food coloring.)
    Stir in Cream of Wheat little by little to avoid lumps.
    Add sugar and keep stirring for 2 minutes.
