Shredded Pork With Golden Cap - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    5 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    1/2 c. bamboo shoots, shredded
    10 water chestnuts, shredded
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten slightly with 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix pork with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and cornstarch.
    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in wok.
    Stir-fry pork until color changes, about 1 minute.
    Add sherry and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir-fry 1 minute more.
    Remove to plate.
