Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 lb. sausage
    2 eggs
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/8 c. water
    Mozzarella cheese (optional)
    slices mushrooms, diced onions, cooked bacon and diced green peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large skillet; drain grease.
    Open can of crescent rolls; unroll and put in bottom of greased pizza pan to form crust.
    Sprinkle sausage over crescent roll crust.
    Crack eggs in a small bowl and add water; scramble.
    Pour over sausage, tilting pan so that egg mixture covers entire crust. Top with cheese.
