Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco Oil
    2 c. Sugar
    4 Eggs, beaten
    2 c. plain Flour
    3 tsp. Cinnamon
    2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 tsp. Salt
    3 c. Grated Carrots
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar and beat well.
    Add eggs.
    Sift flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt two or three times.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Add carrots, a small amount at a time.
    Bake in three 8 or 9 inch floured and greased pans at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
