Moussaka - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium eggplant
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
4 medium onions, diced
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 egg whites
8 Tbsp. crumbs
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 medium can small tomatoes
Preparation

Cube and saute eggplant and onion, add browned meat.
Add seasoning, tomatoes and wine; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Cool Spread 4 tablespoons crumbs on bottom of baking dish and add mixture.
