Pork Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean pork
1 c. water
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
8 peppercorns
Preparation

Clean the pork and cut into serving pieces.
In a skillet, place the water, soy sauce, vinegar, pork, crushed garlic and peppercorns.
Simmer the mixture until the pork is done.
