Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    mushrooms (optional)
    sausage (optional)
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 green pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in oil.
    Add meat and salt.
    Brown the meat until cooked thoroughly.
    Add tomato paste and tomatoes.
    If needed, add water if sauce is too thick.
    Add oregano.
    Simmer on low heat for several hours.
    Serve with spaghetti or other types of pasta.
