Fish Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. yellow cornmeal
3 c. white cornmeal
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
1 tsp. red pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate (m.s.g.)
3/4 c. beer
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Mix all liquid ingredients together.
Drop fish into liquid ingredients, then roll in dry ingredients.
Deep fry in hot peanut oil.
Fish will float when fully cooked.
