Louise'S Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated (or combo of Swiss and Cheddar)
1/2 c. crumbled bacon, ham, onion or mushroom bits (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs lightly and add biscuit mix, melted butter, milk and salt.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Sprinkle grated cheese and any of the optional ingredients on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for approximately 45 minutes.
Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
