Artichoke And Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars (6 oz.) marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 green onion, chopped
    4 eggs, beaten
    6 saltine crackers, crushed (1 square equals 1 cracker)
    salt and pepper
    2 dashes Tabasco
Preparation
    Saute onion in small amount of cooking oil such as Wesson, Crisco, etc.
    Mix all ingredients. Pour into 8 x 10-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown. Cut into one-inch squares.
    Keep hot for serving.
    Can be frozen.
    Reheat for 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
