Chicken Pizzacante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts or cutlets, cut in small pieces
    salt and pepper
    1 envelope chicken bouillon powder
    2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
    3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 bay leaf
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and the bouillon concentrate.
    Saute in heavy skillet until slightly browned.
    Add minced garlic, parsley and bay leaf; stir well.
    Add lemon juice, water and mushrooms.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    I add 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms.
