Cheese Puff Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    firm unsliced white bread
    2 egg whites
    1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 cubes soft butter
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread, cut into cubes approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2-inch square.
    Mix egg whites, cheese and butter together. Beat very well (about 5 to 6 minutes) until very fluffy.
    Spread 5 sides of cubes with mix (not too thick).
    Put on cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
