Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. peeled, diced apples
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs well. Sift dry ingredients and add to fruit mixture. Fold apples, nuts and flour into eggs. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Leave in pan. Combine 1 stick butter, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup milk. Cook in microwave 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over cake while still warm. Cool completely and remove from pan.
