Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. quick cooking grits
1 tsp. salt
1 6 oz. roll Garlic cheese
1 c. milk
3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
Cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook grits in boiling water. Melt cheese and margarine together add to hot grits. Beat eggs and put in measuring cup and fill cup to full, one cup, with milk. Add to grits and cheese and put into buttered casserole. top with cracker crumbs and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until firm.
