Macaroni-Cheese-Ham Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni (2 c.), cooked and drained
    2 c. ham (boiled or baked), cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. leaf tarragon, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni.
    Dice ham and cheese.
    Cook peas and drain. Place all in large bowl and toss to mix well.
