Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large Vidalia onions, sliced thin
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheese (American)
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 small jar pimento
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Spread onions in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pyrex dish.
    Mix all other ingredients except butter and crumbs.
    Spread on top of onions. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Toss crumbs in melted butter. Spread over top.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
