Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat until creamy.
Stir in pineapple and coconut.
Pour mixture in a lightly greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with topping.
