All-In-One Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add remaining ingredients, all at one time.
Beat with mixer for 4 minutes.
Pour batter into greased and floured pans (1 oblong pan or 2 round pans).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Test for doneness with a toothpick. Makes a very moist, rich cake.
