Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook hen in salted water until tender.
    Combine eggs, water and flour as for dumplings.
    Roll thin; cut into small strips. Cut strips into squares.
    Add pepper.
    Bring broth mixture to a boil; drop in dumplings.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 15.
