Low-Fat Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (less 2 heaping Tbsp.)
    3 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 small c. sugar
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    4 oz. stick margarine
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
    Add all other ingredients. Beat together for 3 minutes.
    Pour into pan (approximately 8 x 2 1/2 x 5-inch).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Turn onto wire rack and allow to cool.
    Frost as desired.
