Smoked Sausage And Pinto Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 c. diced chili peppers
    2 tsp. oil
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. instant rice
    1 c. pinto or red beans
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Fry in 2 tablespoons oil your onions and sliced up sausage. Place in saucepan 1 cup water and one bouillon cube and bring to boil.
    Take off heat and add instant rice.
    Set aside and let rice swell.
    Then add to rice the chili peppers, sausage and onion and pinto beans; then top with shredded cheese.
    Let stand until cheese melts.
    (Can place in oven for a minute.)
