Ingredients

5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, peeled and sliced
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation

In a large greased casserole, place all potatoes, then meat, salt (lightly), then onion, then beef soup and then celery soup. Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
