Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve the juice.
    Mix the pineapple, carrots, nuts and raisins together; set aside.
    Take the pineapple juice and cream cheese and blend them together, add the brown sugar and mix well.
    Pour over the salad and mix well.
