Homemade Shake 'N Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. solid shortening
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, then cut in shortening.
This may be stored in a jar or sealed and stored in freezer.
When ready to use Shake 'n Bake, dip chicken or pork chops in milk, then shake in a plastic bag with small amount of Shake 'n Bake.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until meat is tender, 50 to 60 minutes.
