Aunt Donna'S Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 1/4 c. flour (not sifted)
Preparation
    Grease and flour 8 x 8-inch cake pan.
    In a large bowl, mix butter with fingers.
    Add powdered sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until creamed.
    Work flour in 1/2 cup at a time.
    When mixed well, pat into cake pan.
    Fun for kids to mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cut in small squares while slightly warm.
